PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
During the last 14 years as an HR professional, my experience has been largely around developing and implementing HR business strategies through people management, in organizations such as Monitor Deloitte, McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, St. Paul's School and Wolseley Plc. More specifically, I have contributed in the conception, coordination and execution of generalist human resources work, including talent management, recruitment, career development, training, performance assessment, organsational climate, mobility, reward and employee relations.

My professional and educational experience spans over three countries; UK, France and Brazil. Having lived half my life across both continents, and therefore fluent in English, Portuguese and French resulting in a wealth of intercultural sensitivity.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
I am a Franco-Brazilian, who has lived over 20 years in Europe (UK and France) before moving back to São Paulo, Brazil. I hold a wide set of interests including long distance cycling, running, trekking and traveling. In addition, I have a passion for the arts in general, including cinema, art, theatre and classical music.
